In an effort to provide guidance on which dates system maintenance is allowable or unacceptable, the Provost's Office and the Registrar's Office have provided a Blackout Maintenance Calendar.

System outages should not be scheduled during any of the following periods:

• Spring 2009 Critical Processing Start of Term: 01/12/09 – 1/26/09
• Spring 2009 Academic Status Report #1: 02/16/09 – 2/23/09
• Spring 2009 Academic Status Report #2: Starts 03/23/09 – 3/30/09
• Spring 2009 Final Grading and End of Term Processing: 05/04/09 – 5/17/09
• Fall 2009 Critical Processing – Start of the Term:  08/10/09 – 08/31/09
• Fall 2009 Academic Status Report #1:  09/21/09 – 09/28/09
• Fall 2009 Academic Status Report #2:  10/26/09 – 11/02/09
• Fall 2009 Final Grading and End of Term Processing: 12/14/09 – 12/30/09
